Reservation Rules & Policy:

• Rates are inclusive breakfast, service charge and 7% government tax.
• Additional charge for the extra bed or mattress is 900 THB.[ Include ABF.]
• For guarantee and secure your booking please pay deposit 50% of rooms total. And for balance pay upon arrival.
• We are accepted Visa, Master Card.

Refund and Cancellation policy:

• Deposit non refundable if the booking cancellation less than 21 days before arrival or notify.
• Refundable minus 30% handling of deposit paid if cancellation more than 21 days.
  

Check- in and out time:

• Check-in Time: 14.00 PM.
• Check-out Time: 12.00 PM.

Child Policy:

• Breakfast is inclusive.
• For children under 6 years, sharing the room with their parents without an extra-bed there is no charge.
• For children under 6 years, sharing the room their parents with an extra-bed, we charge for extra bed 900 THB. Per night [Include ABF.]
• Rates available on a pre-payment basis only.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
